You’re welcome to relax in our clean, comfortable waiting area during shorter repairs. For services expected to take more than two hours, we recommend dropping off your vehicle.

What is the turnaround time for custom painted calipers?

Custom-painted brake calipers typically take four to six hours. Because every job is completed with precision and careful attention to detail, this service is scheduled as a drop-off appointment. We’ll notify you as soon as your vehicle is ready.

What is the turnaround time for powder coated wheels?

Powder coating typically has a two-day turnaround time. You may drop off your vehicle or the individual wheels, and we’ll notify you as soon as the service is complete.

Is any special care required after cosmetic wheel repair or refinishing, and custom painted calipers?

After cosmetic wheel repair or refinishing, wait at least three full days before washing your wheels. For custom-painted brake calipers, wait at least one full week before washing them. These curing periods allow the new finishes to properly harden.

Once the recommended curing period has passed, wash the wheels or calipers by hand only when they are completely cool. Use mild soap and water with a clean microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh pressure washing and acidic, abrasive, or harsh chemical cleaners, as they can damage the finish.

How should I care for my refinished wheels and custom painted calipers?

After wheel refinishing or custom painted calipers, we recommend waiting 3 days before touching or washing them. Once this period has passed, you can wash your wheels or calipers by hand with mild soap and water when they’re cool-to-the-touch, using a microfiber cloth or soft brush. To maintain the finish, avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners.

If I need new tires should I get them before or after wheel repair?

If you need new tires, we recommend having them installed before your wheel repair or refinishing service. Tire installation can sometimes damage a newly refinished wheel.

Do you fix cracked or bent wheels?

No. We specialize exclusively in cosmetic wheel damage and do not repair cracked or bent wheels.

Do you offer any warranty?

Yes. Our repairs are covered against defects in workmanship, including chipping or peeling caused by finish failure.

The warranty does not cover new damage—such as curb rash or damage from road debris—or damage caused by pressure washing, harsh chemicals, improper cleaning, tire shops, dealerships, or other third parties.
